An established Maid Agency is looking for an experienced Placement Consultant to assist with their operations.
Responsibilities:
- Attending to customers’ needs and enquiries in hiring of migrant domestic workers.
- Providing follow-up on customers’ enquiries and feedback and ensuring high quality of service.
- Handle minimal administrative tasks and coordinating documentation in relation to hiring of domestic workers.
- Provide counseling to both domestic workers and their employers, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Requirements:
- At least ‘O’/’A’ Level/Diploma qualification
- At least 1 year of working experience in a Maid agency is preferred.
