Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Deliver onsite IT technical support for end-user service issues, encompassing identification, diagnosis, rectification, and escalation.
- Assist with desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners, and hardware components.
- Perform installations, re-installations, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications on Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs, including software like Windows XP/7 OS or any standard desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, etc.
- Install bank-specific access and in-house applications.
- Manage queries, escalations, problem determination and resolution, and handle MAC (move, add, and change) requests.
- Conduct printer maintenance activities.
- Successfully address complex calls or tasks that other engineers were unable to resolve.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and work independently.
- Take responsibility for delivering excellent support and ensuring timely service.
- Undertake any additional ad-hoc duties assigned by a supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Comfortable with a 5.5 day work week (Saturdays are 0.5 days)
- Comfortable with working in a healthcare environment or banking environment
- Able to articulate and communicate well
- Team player
