Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative responsibilities, preferably in the travel industry.
- Basic knowledge of HR is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Manage the maintenance and cleanliness of office facilities.
- Liaise with building management for repairs and improvements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and company documentation.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping and confidentiality standards.
- Facilitate effective internal communication through regular updates and announcements.
- Draft internal communications for distribution within the organization.
- Manage job posting and candidate sourcing.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks.
- Respond to benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance to employees.
- Organize company events and outings to promote team building and a positive company culture.
- Coordinate logistics for conferences, client meetings, and other events.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Implement and update emergency preparedness plans as needed.
