Manage and maintain Windows servers, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
· Oversee Active Directory services, including user and group management, GPO implementation, and security best practices.
· Develop and maintain PowerShell or other scripting solutions for automation and system management tasks.
· Experience with VMWare and VDI Horizon for virtualization and desktop infrastructure management.
· Familiarity with AWS for cloud infrastructure management and security compliance.
· Monitor system performance and implement necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation.
· Collaborate with other IT teams to support infrastructure projects and resolve technical issues.
· Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.
LOOKING FOR
· Proven experience as a Windows Administrator or similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory services.
· Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, VBScript, or batch scripting.
· Experience with VMWare and VDI Horizon for virtualization and desktop infrastructure management.
· Familiarity with AWS for cloud infrastructure management and security compliance.
· Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, or CompTIA Server+.
· Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
