Role Overview


As a Project Support Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in facilitating and supporting the efficient operation of our projects. Your primary responsibilities will involve aiding senior management in coordinating and executing various tasks related to visa applications, school registrations for our clients, and projects for immigration investments.


Key Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with visa application processes and/or experience and school registrations is a definite advantage.
  • ⁠Proficient in MS Office suite for various administrative tasks.
  • Co-ordination, preparation of submission documents and update status of individual projects aid senior management in applications preparation and accuracy compliance
  • Assist in project expense validation and claims from agencies and subcontractors
  • Handle calendar management, courier services, scanning, and photocopying tasks
  • Prepare various documents, facilitate document control and coordination among departments and vendors.
  • Collaborate with business development & marketing teams, prepare correspondence, minutes of meetings, memo, and responsible for their distribution to department/client
  • Coordinates with internal departments and external vendors , facilitates day to day activities
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by managers/superior
  • Verify the completeness of documents, both for fair submission and internal use
  • Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information contained in documents
  • May participate in the drafting of solutions for prospective clients together with sales representative
  • Verify the completeness of documents, both for submission and internal userations is a definite advantage.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and a team player
  • Positive working attitude
  • 2 years & above of working experience
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese is preferred
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office suite for various administrative tasks and relevant working experience in project coordination
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment
  • Class 3 licence is a definite advantage
  • Possess Degree/Diploma in related field
  • Strong analytical skills, technically driven, problem solver, results-oriented
  • Excellent proofreading and document translation skills
