Job Description:
- Ensure compliance and practice of Company's engineering works comply with all relevant Statutory standards, Regulations and Codes of Practices in conformance with local standards and legislations.
- Responsible for planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule.
- Tender preparation.
- Manage and communicate with internal/external project teams including relevant Authorities and relevant parties about engineering works and project schedule to comply with all project requirements with agreed procedures.
- Prepare submission reports, specifications and other necessary documents for approval and application to meets both Client and legislations requirements and specifications.
- Responsible for planning and forecasting of budgets and timelines to assure that the project is accurately completed to schedule.
- Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered and propose the effective solution approach.
- Any other duties as assigned assigned by immediate superior or Head of department.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or other related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Words, Excels and Outlook
- Minimum 6 years working experiences in building construction
- Proficient with AutoCAD and other drafting softwares
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
