You will be responsible for planning, supporting, and coordinating hospital initiatives related to data quality, operations management, and governance across different stakeholders. You are required to perform and effectively communicate recommendations through advanced data analysis techniques to provide vital insights to support management decision making. You will explore solutions that evaluate, determine, and improve efficiency of related processes to improve in quality of patient care delivery.
In addition, you will perform cost benefit analysis as well as liaise with internal and external stakeholders including supporting the department with related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Recognized Degree (STEM) with 2 years’ relevant work experience preferred.
- Experienced in data programming languages such as Python, R programming and SQL preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications especially Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros) and visual basic is essential.
- Hands on analytical experience in data mining/simulation modelling, operations research & quantitative analysis such as forecasting and predictive analysis is essential.
- Prior experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and unstructured data management including dashboard development experience will be an advantage.
- Experience with data science techniques such as text analytics, data mining, clustering and machine learning will be an advantage.

- Able to work independently with good time management skills and initiative to learn.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
