1) Collaborate with relevant agencies on Levy collection effort and exchange of data/ information
2) Investigate discrepancy in payment amount claimed by companies
3) Face-to-face/virtual meetings with company representatives to clarify payroll records
4) Conduct onsite audit on employers payroll records
5) Draft and send e-mail response to appeals
6) Statistics reporting on number of appeals received and track outcome of appeals
Handle and process refunds.
1) Diploma in any discipline, 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in enforcement or audit is preferred.
