Job Responsibilities
- Respond to client’s needs and physical security administration in a timely manner
- Assist in issuance of security access cards to stakeholders and visitors
- Maintain access control of buildings/ offices
- Support in executing security & safety arrangements and measures of planned events
- Handling Vehicle Management System (VMS) with proper record of issuance for internal and external vendors/visitors
- Respond to any life-threatening situations, fire & power outbreak and potential terrorist threats
- Assist SOM on any security related equipment
- Perform security duties at assigned locations
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE ’O’ level or equivalent
- Minimum (2) years of operating/ physical security experiences as a Security Concierge within large, complex organizations
- Experience in Finance Services Sector is an added advantage
- Ability to speak fluent English with good communication skills in both spoken and written
- Ability to prioritize and analyze problems
- Possess high level of professionalism and integrity
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Trained in first-aid, fire-fighting & evacuation procedures
- Trained in Customer-Service
