Our automotive workshop is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Officer to join our team. As the Operations Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day motor-vehicles in and out of our busy automotive workshop. It is your responsibility to check and ensure vehicles received from and delivered to clients are in good conditions.
Job description:
- In-charge for receiving and issuance of cars send in to workshop for service/ repair/ body work.
- Identify and keep track of cars from different entities.
- Monitor closely all repair progress & ensure quick turnaround time from in-house & third-party workshops.
- Conduct physical check to confirm cars are in good conditions prior to delivery date.
- Follow-up on pending / completed job details & update job status.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.
Requirement:
- Knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance is required.
- Must have a Class 3 driving license.
- Able to conduct vehicle inspection meticulously.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work in Jurong
