Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Assist in taking orders and offering menu recommendations to customers.
- Serve food and beverages in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Ensure the accuracy of orders and handle special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up and clearing tables.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and served timely.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and assist colleagues when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- A positive and customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
- Knowledge of Singaporean cuisine and culture is a bonus.
- A valid food hygiene certificate (if available).
