- Location: Next to One North MRT
- Salary: $2500 to $3500 depending on experience
- Working Hours: 5-day work week -10am – 7 pm
The Challenges
- Setting up the Commercial Juice Bar
- Crafting a diverse menu of delectable fruit juices with smoothies to align with current health trends by incorporating nutrient-dense ingredients and exploring innovative processing techniques for a contemporary and health-conscious appeal
- Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the fruit bar, including guidelines for both operational protocols and housekeeping practices
- To oversees and to ensure smooth operation of the Juice Bar
- To lead and train Store Team Members to provide optimum customer service, ensure store-wide adherence to operational procedures, achieve sales growth and profitability
- Suggest suitable equipment and supplier options
What It Takes
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running the juice bar operations independently
- As a pioneer in running the Juice Bar and willing to roll up the sleeves, problem solve and to make the operations a success
- Preferably Managers specialising in Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Candidate who is willing to do only set up and training Store Members could be considered as well
