Our Client, a well-established Japanese MNC in the marine and ship management industry is currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them as a Admin Assistant (6 Months Contract).
Job Responsibilities
- Collection of required shipping documents and paperwork from related departments
- Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders for any missing documents
- Organise, compile and data entry of paperwork required
- Send soft copy of collected documents accordingly to assigned departments
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Min GCE ‘A’ Levels or NITEC or Diploma in any field
- Prior admin experience will be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
