Operations Executive

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Creation of key reports to highlight fundamental issues and solutions
2. Identify trends in real-time and communicate these trends clearly to the management.
3. Coordination between customers and warehouse regarding shipment issues.
4. Other job related or ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

1. At least 1 year of relevant experience.
2. Minimum "O" level or equivalent
3. Positive working attitude
4. Able to start work immediately or within short notice
5. Basic Computer literacy including MS Word and Excel
6. Hands-on with good problem-solving skills
7. Good in follow-through and attention to details
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills
9. Good time management skills and able to meet timelines

Additional Information

1. 5.5 Working days/per week
2. Company Transport Provided (if selected) - Bedok, Tampines,Pasir Ris, Sengkang, Punggol
