Key Job Responsibilities
- Creation of key reports to highlight fundamental issues and solutions
- Identify trends in real-time and communicate these trends clearly to the management.
- Coordination between customers and warehouse regarding shipment issues.
- Other job related or ad-hoc duties.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Minimum "O" level or equivalent
- Positive working attitude
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Basic Computer literacy including MS Word and Excel
- Hands-on with good problem-solving skills
- Good in follow-through and attention to details
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills and able to meet timelines
