Job Summary:

As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to promote our iron ore trading business. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, optimizing market opportunities, and ensuring the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

· Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.

· Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

· Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Research and Analysis:

· Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and emerging opportunities.

· Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordingly.

Sales Team Leadership:

· Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and collective targets.

· Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.

Brand Development:

· Develop and enhance the company's brand image through effective marketing campaigns and initiatives.

· Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.

Budget Management:

· Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment.

· Monitor expenses and report on budget performance regularly.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the commodity trading industry.

· Strong understanding of iron ore markets, trading dynamics, and supply chain processes.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to think strategically, make data-driven decisions, and drive results.
