Roles and Responsibility
- The primary role of an Operations Executive is reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements to manage and optimize the company’s processes.
- Operations Executives are often responsible for managing resources to ensure they are used efficiently to meet production targets.
- It also includes manpower, materials, and time management.
- They must ensure that the company complies with industry regulations and standards.
- This involves keeping updated with laws and regulations that affect the company’s operations and ensuring the staff training accordingly.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), planning, and scheduling.
- Possess good organization, communication, and people skills.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
- Support admin function.
- Ensure all documents and records are up to date and filed accordingly.
- Assist Management in handling daily business operations.
- Being strategic, with the ability to roll sleeves up and be part of the operations when necessary.
- Site visit when necessary.
- Any ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in a related field.
- Fresh grad or at least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Possess advanced skills in Excel & Words
- Time management and organization skills.
- Strong ability to organize work schedules and to warm up to people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Efficient in communicating both orally and in writing with all levels of staff.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and perform multiple duties simultaneously.
