Roles and Responsibility


  • The primary role of an Operations Executive is reviewing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting improvements to manage and optimize the company’s processes.
  • Operations Executives are often responsible for managing resources to ensure they are used efficiently to meet production targets.
  • It also includes manpower, materials, and time management.
  • They must ensure that the company complies with industry regulations and standards.
  • This involves keeping updated with laws and regulations that affect the company’s operations and ensuring the staff training accordingly.
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for projects.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), planning, and scheduling.
  • Possess good organization, communication, and people skills.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring that they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.
  • Support admin function.
  • Ensure all documents and records are up to date and filed accordingly.
  • Assist Management in handling daily business operations.
  • Being strategic, with the ability to roll sleeves up and be part of the operations when necessary.
  • Site visit when necessary.
  • Any ad-hoc duties when assigned.


Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in a related field.
  • Fresh grad or at least 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Possess advanced skills in Excel & Words
  • Time management and organization skills.
  • Strong ability to organize work schedules and to warm up to people from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Efficient in communicating both orally and in writing with all levels of staff.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and perform multiple duties simultaneously.
