Structure Finance Department Asia Pacific ("SFDA") is looking for an AVP to be part of the Project Finance Group to assist senior managers in execution of lending & advisory mandates & pitches to potential customers. The team executes project finance and other structured transactions across Power & Renewables, Infrastructure, and New Energies sectors.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Actively support more senior members of the team in originating & executing transactions
- Prepare financial proposals & presentations
- Prepare internal credit paper & support all aspects of the administration & execution of transactions from origination to drawdown
- Build, review & run sensitivities on financial model/cash flow
- Identity & monitor market developments & opportunities
- Liaise with various internal & external stakeholders & clients as necessary
- Support wider SFDA team on deals if required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5-7 years of relevant working experience
- Work experience should ideally be related to renewables, power, infrastructure, new energies project finance or acquisition finance
- Good understanding of loan documentation
- Good written and communications skills
- Good understanding of credit analysis process
- Financial modelling skills
- Ability to work independently on jobs assigned
- Positive personality with strong work ethics
- Enthusiasm & desire to work in Project Finance
