Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the Production and management of the Signage and Advertising printing business
Conduct regular training to the internal staffs with safe work procedure
Propose and implement standard operation procedures
To oversee raw material purchase, product quality, flow of production and revise the quality of the product, raw materials in periodic time
Prepare monthly and term report and submit to the management
Find the solutions for obstacles of production and operation to run smoothly
Implement production process with low cost with effective method in sort period to increase company revenue
To Implement the Company's policies and goals
Monitoring the flow of Production
Overseeing the Production process, Preparing Monthly and Weekly Production Schedule
Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality
Plan to develop Production level and find the short safety way of Production
Report and Analyze Production level and challenges to the Management
Working out the human and material resources needed, Drafting a timescale for every job
Reviewing worker performance, Identifying training needs
