Key duties and responsibilities: 1. To provide assistance to students in the usage of their Personal Learning Device (Apple iPad), including duties such as: a. managing students’ and staff devices via Apple School Manager b. assist in monitoring students’ iPad and manage associated settings on the Device Management Application (Mobile Guardian for iOS) c. provide technical support to students’, including logging service requests with the service provider. 2. To assist in media production for school events and/or external school activities, including duties such as: a. photo-taking and video-taking using school-owned equipment. b. create videos and photo-montages using iMovie, Photoshop or equivalent software. c. setting up and managing associated equipment for live-streaming or online broadcasts/meetings. 3. To work with the ICT Technical Team: a. on the preparation and troubleshooting of ICT equipment in classrooms, computer labs, broadcasting room and other sp. rooms.
