The Finance Manager will be responsible for finance business partnering with the business units, monthly reporting, budget and forecasting, ad-hoc requirement from FC, and providing financial analysis to Global Supply Chain.
Monthly Reporting
- Analyse budget and forecast variances and advise management of variances, risks and opportunities.
- Monitoring of Inventory (Weeks of Cover), Supply Chain Loss, Conversion Spending and other KPIs to identify and analyse trends.
- Provide reporting and analysis related to capital spending with focus on the timeliness of project execution and spending commitments to further business objectives.
- Supporting and working directly with cost centre owners to manage the variable portion of their budget.
- Manage the open Purchase Order accruals for the Supply Regional Office.
- Preparation of monthly reporting package and provide analysis to regional and global manufacturing organization.
- overall FP&A for ASEAN which includes consolidation and variance analysis for 3 Mfg. sites for Actuals as well as working on Plans/forecasts.
Forecasting and Budgeting
- Assist Finance Director in the development of the forecast, plan, and other global manufacturing financial requirements.
- Work closely with finance and related stakeholders in the preparation of the periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) forecasts and for identifying and analysing trends.
- Liaise with cost centre owners to develop their quarterly and annual forecasts
- Make recommendations to management regarding cost saving opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.
Others
- Support the roll-out of new financial reporting systems or upgrades
- Factory Operational Control Framework (FOCF) lead for ASEAN to work with Controllers directly
- Costing setup for virtual plant in RO as part of double hop,
- Working with Supply Services team for NTR BU
- Liaise with Global Supply Finance teams, monthly reporting and submissions
- Bridge with Project team for reporting purpose and assist in legal entity reporting and control related work
- Work closely and proactively with internal and external parties to ensure that internal controls are met on an ongoing basis
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent MBA and/or CPA
• Minimum 8 years of related experience, including experience in supporting a manufacturing environment.
