Marketing Manager

Role summary

The Asia regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for The Fry Group’s business in the region. Key responsibilities include building brand awareness and preference through local sponsorships, generating and managing leads, creating content, managing local marketing and client communications, and overseeing budget management and tracking.

In addition to the local responsibilities, the candidate will also contribute to the wider global marketing activity and team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and expanding company, where you can use your skills and expertise to drive growth and exceed the expectations of our clients and advocates.


Key responsibilities

· Work with the Global Marketing Director and the regional Heads of Business to develop and execute the local marketing strategy for The Fry Group Singapore and Hong Kong operations

· Build brand awareness and recognition through effective sponsorship and affiliate relationships.

· Seek new opportunities with current partners and explore collaborations with new ones to expand the company's network and reach

· Generate and manage leads (including client referrals) to drive business growth

· Create compelling content to engage target audiences across various platforms

· Manage the local SG/HK marketing and client communications to enhance the client experience and build strong relationships

· Plan and execute a local webinar and events programme that aligns with the central and local marketing strategy and business objectives.

· Develop PR contacts and manage local PR activities, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning.

· Develop and implement effective budget management

· Track, report and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise ROI and achieve business objectives

· Actively participate in the global marketing team to generate new ideas and strategies that drive growth and engagement, exceeding the expectations of our clients and advocates.


Preferably Singpaorean/PR or dependent pass holder who can work on a letter of consent.
