HR Administration Manager (Based in Manila, Philippines)

The HR Administration Manager role is a key position taking responsibility for coordinating daily activities (HR & Office admin related) between the HQ (Beijing) and Philippines Office, Clients, and Employees to effectively onboard new employees and coordinate them through the employment end to end process with ultimate ownership for quality and service delivery. He/She will oversee and manages the entire life cycle of an employee. This role has dual reporting,

(1) Direct Manager: Group Chairman

(2) Dotted Line to: Group CHRO

Essential Job Functions

Human Resource

(Recruitment Retention/Employee Relations/Training Development/Performance Management)

1. Partnering with business/functional stakeholders to identify issues and deliver HR solutions.

2. Manage the recruitment of all levels of talents according to business needs and departmental recruitment needs.

3. Manage employees' entry, training, performance appraisal, employment confirmation, adjustment and promotion, resignation, etc.

4. Assist employees and system management, communication, and training of the company employees, and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure alignment of HR policies, tools, and processes at all levels.

5. Assist in standardizing the labour relations process and handling labour disputes.

6. Participate in the team building of the employing department as a business partner.

7. Ensure conformance to all relevant statutory and employment law requirements.

8. Perform other ad-hoc HR related task/project as may be assigned by immediate superior.

Administration

1. Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions, including the operation demand and management of the local branch office.

2. Manage all travel and hotel arrangements for company staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.

3. Ensure timely and accurate verification of staff payroll and claims, ensuring compliance to the HR/Finance policies and guidelines.

4. Perform other ad-hoc Administrative related task/project as may be assigned by immediate superior.

Essential Job Requirements

1. Full time bachelor’s degree or above in human resource management or business management or other related disciplines.

2. At least 5 years of human resource management experience, with practical working experience in human resource management.

3. Be familiar with the contract management, salary system, employment system, insurance benefits and training objectives of multinational corporations.

4. Excellent coordination and communication awareness, fluent in both English and Chinese.

5. Promote positive emotions to enhance the team's ability.
