1.Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Responsible for the full spectrum of human resource functions of the organization
(HR planning and operation in various areas of HR)
- Review and formulate strategies to enable the company to attract, motivate, develop and talent resource management
- Play a critical role in workforce planning and talent succession planning
- Build effective relationships with all levels of the organization, providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance and development issues
- Support and align growth and development of people to meet the business needs and challenges
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
2. Requirements:
- Proficiency in Korean language required to liaise with Native Korean counterparts in their South Korea Head (Ability to make complex issue documents and report in Korean language to communicate with management in Korea HQ)
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Business management or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of HR professional experience at major company
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Working experiences in a Korean company is preferred
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
