Full time Admin Clerk

High Skill Engineering Pte. Ltd.

1. Perform administration tasks such as issuing of Quotation, PO, DO & Invoice, leave recording etc.

2. Prepare inspection report/ NCR report

3. Hardcopy documents filing

4. Maintain ISO filing system

5. Sending and replying incoming emails and answering / replying phone calls of customers

6. Any other tasks as assigned
