- Basic $2,600 - $3,200 (depends on experience)

Job Scope
- Provide administrative support, i.e. invoicing, data entry and general office management
- In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin duties
- Providing internal support to increase sales efficiency, productivity, or profitability
- Help maintain a database listing of sales contracts, including details of customer name, trading terms, contractual period, etc.
- Generate various reports and admin duties
- Weekly meetings, minutes taking and reports sharing
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Business/Administration/equivalent
- Min. 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales Administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
