Communications & Engagement:
i. Provide inputs and coordinate the implementation of marketing and communications initiatives, such
as press campaigns, multimedia marketing and storytelling
ii. Strengthen brand through the management of identity and design and production of promotional
material and brand collateral such as event backdrops, merchandise, brochures and annual reports
iii. Manage corporate website and social media platforms to ensure functional value and reach
iv. Track and report media coverage
v. Procure and manage photography and videography services and archival
vi. Coordinate engagements and interviews of athletes and promote brand ambassadorship
vii. Organise public and corporate outreach activities, as well as internal workshops for athletes
viii. Support crisis communications when necessary
Development & Fundraising:
i. Support fundraising campaigns and events
ii. Grow and maintain giving through active lead generation and relationship stewardship
iii. Write proposals and impact reports
iv. Collate and report on grants, sponsorships and donations
General:
i. Source and procure services and products needed by the Comms team
ii. Work with external stakeholders to provide support for the team, such as editorial, photography,
social media campaigners
iii. Prepare and submit periodic team impact reports supported by analytics and statistics
iv. Perform any other duties as directed by Executive Director or the Board
