The Customer Supervisor will assist the Store-in-charge in the supervision of non-management staff and will undertake supervisory responsibilities delegated by the Store-in-charge.
What awaits you:
· Assist in preparing for store promotion set up and layout during weekly / monthly promotion changeover
· Check that all goods charged to the store are received in good conditions
· Check all invoices carefully to ensure that quantity, retail pricing and product coding are correct
· Maintaining of stock level in relations to sales and stocks loss
· Perform cashiering duties and plus/up selling on selected products
· Assist in ensuring operations runs smoothly at the store, training, and guidance of new and/or non-management personnel.
· Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
We are excited if you have:
- Minimum GCE “O” levels with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar capacity OR fresh diploma holder in any discipline
- Able to work independently or within a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Sales driven, resourceful and energetic
- Customer service and supervisory skills
- Digitally Inclined
