Scope:
- Preparation of ecommerce daily orders
- Coordinating with logistics to ensure timely delivery of online orders
- Order fulfilment and follow ups
- Sort, organize and store inventory in proper location
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and returns related to online orders, providing excellent customer service.
- Responsible for all online customer support aid throughout all e-trade platforms.
Requirement:
- Meticulars and pays attention to details
- Warehouse and ecommerce experience is an advantage
- Able to work in fast pace envorinment
- Diploma/ITE or equivalent
Working Location: 39 Jalan Pemimpin
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 900- 4pm (Alternate)
