• Answer incoming calls and perform other receptionist duties when needed
• Apply, maintain and update outlets’ relevant licences, (SFA, Electrical license, Music License, Liquor Licence etc.)
• Render administrative support to CEO and Business Planning Managers
• Assist Business Planning Managers for the setting up of new outlets and closure of outlets
• Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential document
• Order office supplies, Stationary and research new deals and suppliers
• Run company’s errands to post office, SFA, SP services and office supply store
• Coordinates and organizes department meetings and conferences including meeting venue bookings, catering requirements, sets up the room and any other requirements of department meetings;
• Performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging courier services etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
