APAC Wholesale Lending Services Middle Office provides end to end execution on lending services to multiple line of business across Commercial Banking and Corporate Investment Banking. Services provided include documentation & credit admin support, loan origination, loan agency, servicing support for loans and secondary loan trading support. Services are tailored to the needs of clients and line of business, ranging from bilateral to syndication. The team supports Bankers and Trade Sales and works closely with business partners across Credit, Legal, Compliance and line of business operations to deliver a client focused support model and seamless execution.
Role: The role is within Business Management team in Singapore and reports to Business Manager APAC – Wholesale Lending Services.
Responsibilities include:
- Generate Monthly/ Quarterly Management Reports across multiple lines of business
- Prepare periodic KPI (Key Performance Indicator) & MIS (Management Information Systems) Reports for functional teams
- Generate presentation decks for reporting to Senior Management
- Facilitate business review meetings
- Organize/coordinate various events and activities for APAC Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) e.g., All-Hands, town halls, senior leader visits, etc.
- Running capacity models and providing capacity utilization reports
- Lead/Support various projects under Business Management team, including any remediation efforts
- Coordinate new/ renewal of inter-affiliate outsourcing arrangements and related documents such as functional service level agreements, Power of Attorney, etc.
- Support resiliency testing requirements across different APAC locations
- Support audit requirements with location and functional teams
- Review and maintain updated WLS APAC Book of Work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.
- Proficiency in use of Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Tableau and/or Alteryx preferred.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation and communication skills along with a strong Control mindset
- Proactive/ self-starter with the ability to deliver value-added support to business partners and clients in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
- Candidates must be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
- Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to support the goals of the business.
- Attention to details and ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of banking products and high-level transaction flow is an added advantage
- Good organization skills, and ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines, including strong prioritization skills
- Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities, accept new assignments in rapidly changing environment
