RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Reporting to Foodservice Manager (HORECA/Foodstalls/Caterers)
· Attend to customers’ enquiry and develop new and potential customers.
· Establishing and maintaining long term relationships with existing and new customers
· Manage customers’ payment collection.
· Monitoring and feedback on market trends to improve sales
· Work closely with Purchasing Team to ensure that stock is readily available for customers
· Generation and reporting of weekly sales reports to the Foodservice Manager
REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum ‘O’ Level/Diploma and at least 5 years’ experience in related field.
· Candidates with FMCG (baking ingredients) background would be an advantage.
· Ability to handle mandarin and dialect speaking customers
· Independent, resourceful and dynamic. A good team player and able to work in fast pace environment.
· Motivated and hardworking
· Computer and IT literate
· Possess class 3 license and own car.
