Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform programming and setup ( Hurco or Fanuc Control CNC Machine)
- Operate CNC Milling machine.
- Able to interpret technical drawings.
- Perform raw material checks, setting, and machining according to work instructions.
- Perform in-process inspection and record on the checklist
- Troubleshoot and maintain machines, equipment, tools, and facilities.
- Ensure project deadlines are met with proper planning.
- Dutifully ensure quality and safety compliance (5S), perform daily housekeeping, and maintain/upkeep the cleanliness of the workshop.
- Able to work independently, self-motived, highly resourceful, and organized.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Knowledge of Solidcam and Solidwork is an added advantage.
- Preferably 3 to 5 years experience in setting up or related field.
