Job Description:
As a Management Trainee, you will:
- Undergo a comprehensive training program: Gain hands-on experience and exposure to various departments, including Sales, Marketing and Operations.
- Learn from industry experts: Work closely with Engineers to develop a deep understanding of our business operations, products and industry dynamics.
- Participate in projects and assignments: Honing your skills in Sales Planning, Technical Decision-Making, Problem-solving, and Project management, while also cultivating your ability to integrate complex technical solutions, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to dynamic customer requirements.
- Rotate through different roles: Experience various aspects of our business to prepare for the responsibilities of a Sales Manager.
Post-Training Placement:
Upon successful completion of the one-year training program in Singapore Headquater, you will be assigned to our Indonesia office as a Sales Manager. In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team: Drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain client relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve sales targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the business in Indonesia.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Experience in managing a team.
Aggressive and result driven.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to relocate to Indonesia after the training period.
Able to speak in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates and clients.
