1) Able to perform daily manufacturing support for soldering reflow activity.
2) Required to operate soldering rework station for BGA type components.
3) Able to do mechanical alignment using fixtures.
4) Liaise with the internal departments as well as company headquarters to update about
reflow activity.
5) Troubleshooting of printed circuit boards whenever needed to find root causes.
6) Willingness to support, cross train and learn from other departments whenever
needed.
7) Required to do overtime & weekend support if needed.
8) Other ad-hoc activities assigned by the supervisor.
