Job Descriptions:
· Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage
· Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
· Execute and manage projects to the firm’s design and project management requirements
· Demonstrated collaboration and proven ability to excel in a team environment
· Strong design flair in conceptualization & visual awareness with an eye for detail an advantage
· Ability to guide and lead young architects in team
· To travel as and when necessary
· Any other ad hoc assigned
Requirements:
· A recognized Degree / Masters in Architecture from reputable university
· 4 to 10 years working experience
· Conversant with Singapore codes and regulations a prerequisite, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
· Proficiency in CAD / functional drafting capability.
· Able to work well in a team
