Job Description:
· Work with Subcontractors and Product Management to develop specifications and ensure that finished products meet CTS products and quality standards.
· Work with the Sales team, Product Management, and Subcontractors to develop new product data sheets.
· Work with Subcontractors and Development Engineering on design tweaks and product line extensions.
· Coordinate test and parametric data to support new design releases.
· Provides technical support including product cross-reference
and technical information to customers including RoHS compliance information.
· Responsible for Subcontractors’ change management.
· Conduct periodic reviews and benchmark subcontractors’ capabilities to ensure the best quality, beneath product offerings and competitive costs.
· Supports Customers’ roadmaps and ensures our product strategies match our customers’ requirements.
· Responsible for Conflict Minerals reporting and template
· Assist in updating materials master, bill of materials, and routers in SAP
· Maintain ESD precautions and proper handling procedures in the Lab, including equipment calibration.
Requirements:
· Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
· More than 5 years of manufacturing experience.
· Knowledge in PCB’s layout and schematics.
· Able to handle electronic test equipment such as: Frequency counters, oscilloscope, phase noise tester, spectrum analyzer and multimeter is added advantage.
· Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects/tasks.
