Responsibilities:
Work independently to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Prepare and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Coordinate with suppliers to order parts and maintain inventory.
Follow up with customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
Manage and update all social media pages to promote workshop promotions and engage with the community.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and supplier coordination.
Proficiency in using social media platforms.
