Purpose of Position:
You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients, responsible for the clinical and administrative duties in the clinic. Your responsibilities include providing administrative support, patient care services and performing nursing procedures. Undertake other nursing care responsibilities appropriate to their assessed competence.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist Doctor in procedures
- Venepuncture
- Administering vaccinations
- Perform procedures in treatment room (e.g: Tonometry, Spirometry, Audiometry, Nebuliser, ECG, Dressing etc)
- Performing stress ECG test (if required)
- Assists in Code Blue or any other clinical procedures assigned
- Practices within own level of competence to promote safety of self and patients in accordance with SNB code of practice and core competencies
- Demonstrate proper use and care of medical & IT equipment
- Registration of patients and proper use of Clinic Management System
- Management of patients’ records in accordance with PDPA Act
- All other administrative duties given by the Clinic IC/ Ops Manager
- Maintain effective communication with patients and team members to ensure that patient’s needs are met.
- People management skills – Supervise and mentor less experienced staff
- Respects the values, customs, spiritual beliefs and practices of individuals and groups
- Articulate FHG Purpose and Shared Values in daily work
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform timely billing in Clinic Management System and in insurance portals
- Perform specific duties as assigned by CM and also by training (e.g. CSSD, Audiometry, Phlebotomy, Swabbing etc)
- Maintains clinic(s) supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level
- Assist the Medical Records Office with Corporate summary reports or MOM reporting whenever needed
- Maintain proper infection control standards
- Adhere to the policies, procedures, standards protocols in the organization.
- Participates in continuous quality improvement activities
- Performs any other additional duties as assigned by Clinic IC / Ops Manager

Qualifications:
- Education: Recognised Nursing qualification and registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Minimum Certification: Diploma in Nursing
- Experience: Open to Entry Level Candidates
- Able to commit to, 5.5 days office hours, 1-2 times a week till 9pm
