- Overseeing and manage daily operation of the shop
- Deploy manpower and ensure the employees are in stations
- Check the work done by the employee are up to standard
- Conducting training to upgrade employee
- Generate sales reports, payroll, bank deposits
- Maintaining inventory and order supplies
- Handling complaints
- Recruiting, training and motivating employee
- Resolving problems between the employees
