Job Description: Quantity Surveyor
Responsibilities:
Collaborate in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
Conduct cost analysis for tenders, offering valuable insights.
Provide expert advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies.
Analyze project outcomes, delivering comprehensive progress reports.
Evaluate completed work, preparing and submitting progress claims.
Monitor variations in ongoing projects that may impact costs.
Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
Prepare and submit catalogues and sample boards.
Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by department heads.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized University.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in residential and industrial projects.
Proficient in Mechanical and Electrical aspects.
Strong knowledge of Singapore health and safety regulations.
Skillful use of software tools for costing and budgeting.
Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
Capable of working collaboratively in a team or independently, demonstrating initiative and commitment.
