CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER
Job Scope
• Helping customers on-site to select suitable storage units and/or
merchandise
• Process rental / renewal agreements, collect payment and maintain
timely and accurate records
• Help customers to resolve requests or issues with their storage
• Daily checking of respective site and promptly report any faults
• Prepare and submit reports as required
• 5.5 day work week, no shift hours and may involve postings to
different branches, as and when needed
• Eligible for performance incentives

It will be advantageous if you also have at least 2 years working experience in
