Swing Architects is looking for a versatile entry level / fresh grad candidate who is keen to actively learn and work in this industry under direct tutelage with the Architect. If you have a good working attitude, is independent, proactive and coachable, please write in.
Candidate shall possess:
· A good working attitude, is curious, proactive & coachable
· Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a group environment
· Be meticulous, clear headed and with good time management skills
· Good command of English (both written and verbal)
· Relevant Architectural Degree or Diploma
· Singaporean/ PR only
Roles & Responsibilities
· Involvement in local projects
· Involvement in concept design to documentation of detailed drawing
· Support project development and deliverables
· Modelling on BIM software, ie. Archicad
· Work with clients, allied consultants (ie. C&S, M&E, Surveyor, PM etc) and other stakeholders
· Assist to ensure that design & plans meet the necessary building codes and regulations
· Attend to and resolve technical and construction issues, while enforcing the design intent
· Assist in project execution and contract administration throughout the project cycle
Skillset:
* Knowledge in Singapore codes, regulations, and submissions procedures is a plus. Otherwise, on the job training to bring one up to speed will be provided
* Proficient in: Archicad, Autocad, Twinmotion, MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Photoshop is a plus. Otherwise, on the job training to bring one up to speed will be provided
Others:
Position: Full-time, Permanent, 3 months probation
Working Hours: 9-6pm
