Job Description
· Co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;
· Carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities;
· Ensure compliance of WSH Regulation & Safety Procedures
· Ensures proper project documentation including email communication;
· Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner.
· Assign job task to workers and conduct daily briefing
· Close monitoring of jobs and provide reports updates to internal division.
· Responds to customers' feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship
· Identifying and resolving workplace problems.
· Supervise labour and cost control..
· Attend to co-ordination meetings with designer/architect/consultant/main contractor.
· Performs any other related duties as assigned
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least ‘O’ Level/Diploma/Degree
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in Building/Interior Construction
· Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course
· Able to read architectural and furniture drawings.
· Proactive and with a positive mentality
· Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
· Capable to manage multiple projects
A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
