Garden of Secrets (Pixaluna) is looking for enthusiastic baristas! We are looking for an excellent communicator who can deliver excellent customer experience.
At the core of Garden of Secrets, we are a community-building space where we encourage authentic conversations. Which is why we need people who are very self-aware, or very willing to learn about social and physical cues. We prioritize those who align with the vision of building community over those who are skilled, but unmotivated and unaligned to our vision.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
Customer Service/Sales-------------
-Provide high level customer service and proactively develop and maintain strong customer relations.
- Seek out sales opportunities and establish network with prospective customers.
- Explaining and describing the brand vision, food and drinks menu.
- Drive sales and increase engagement
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide feedback regarding customer buying patterns and preferences
Cleanliness---------------
- Keep a clean working environment
- Nails to be kept short and clean
- Hair should be neat and tidy (not too strict on hair styling)
Barista Work ---------------
- Prepare and serve drinks to a satsifactory quality
- Manage orders and prioritize drinks in a steady manner
- Prepare Espresso and French Press drinks as well as other beverages
Requirements:
- Bubbly personality with public speaking abilities
- Wants to build community, connect customers to one another
- Intuitive
- Experience preferred
- Willing to learn
Salary Range:
$2,500 - $3,500 for Full-Timers (44h work week)
