EBC Group, a leading financial services provider, is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our dedicated team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policies and procedures. This is a strategic role that requires strong leadership and the ability to drive HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and values.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and values.
  • Oversee and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Manage employee relations and address any concerns or conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Implement performance management systems and processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and employment legislation.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
  • Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
