- Support the Media Director in ensuring that we deliver high client satisfaction scores (which means we constantly have a pulse on the relationship)
- Lead on day to day running of the account with clients & agency partners
- Assist in mentoring, and developing team members
- Develop and execute integrated media plans across various offline and online channels with the goal of driving client business objectives: account openings and card sign ups.
- Manage daily workflow of top, mid and bottom funnel campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of media plans with overall marketing strategy.
- Propose and manage client media budgets to drive business targets.
- Overlooking and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, programmatic display, paid social and retargeting to drive leads and conversions.
- Ensure best practice for Search, Programmatic Display and Social buying and planning
- Ensure on-going test and learns to drive campaign performance
- Make in-depth recommendations based on strong grasp of analytics, marketing & research concepts
- Assist in mentoring, and developing team members
