Key responsibilities include

  • Support with optimization of existing portfolios including quarterly performance reviews, competitive landscape assessment, understanding of new trends and insights. Work with markets to ensure alignment to align on initiatives and actions.
  • Drive higher and deeper penetration of Value-Added Services, new solutions and capabilities across multiple markets
  • End-to-end management of key strategic projects for clients - Define project scope, tasks, goals, and deliverables and manage project activities through the sales and implementation cycles. Leverage appropriate Visa assets and resources to provide an exceptional implementation and integration experience to clients.
  • Lead and facilitate product workshops / discussions / ideation sessions with clients in person or online to drive product engagement to new levels.
  • Proactive product support that positions Visa as a strong partner and differentiator to achieve greater engagement, preference, and mindshare. Develop own product expertise over time to proactively advocate, as a subject matter expert to clients and internal stakeholders.  
  • Ensure compliance with all product mandates across GCs with supported narratives and implementation support to clients.
  • Set out key client strategy and roadmap for growth, work with client organizations and internal teams to ensure execution and delivery of key growth targets.
  • Build breadth and depth in coverage across working level as well as key senior stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
