Job Description
- Responsible for managing, organizing, planning, and executing all activities, events and program for Community Relations (CR)
- To plan and execute the department’s annual workplan
- To develop programs/events to facilitate for Community Relations’ programs, events and activities
- To organise visits to Buddhist Culture Temple and Museum as a community outreach
- To organise activities/program for volunteers eg, Provide training, support and bonding
- To organise local/overseas Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) outreach programs
- Support the temple events and activities when required.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master Degree
- Minimum 3 years of museum or / and corporate communications or Buddhist-related experience
- Able to build rapport and conduct presentations
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate well to people of all levels.
- IT Savy
- Independent as well as good team player with good planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work within a time frame with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work on weekday weekends, certain public holidays and related festives.
- Preferably possess adequate knowledge of Buddhism for planning CR programs.
