Responsibilities & Duties:
- Respond to customer enquiries through emails / over the phone / online system / over the counter
- Record customer request in customers' accounts
- Telemarket our product and services to current and new customers
- Update job knowledge by participating in various training opportunities.
Job Requirements:
- English & Mandarin
- Preferably 1 year of customer service experience
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Willing to attend IT training sessions to learn updates of company software
- Familiar with Social Media
- Able to type Chinese Characters using Hanyu Pinyin (in order to responds to Chinese speaking customer enquiries through emails and online system.)
- Candidates with Chinese and Mandarin proficiency are advantageous (as candidates need to liaise and handle Chinese speaking old-folks)
- Must to work on rotating shift & weekends/ Public Holidays (5 days work week)
- Must work on Chinese New Year Period
