Main Responsibilities
· To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
· Welcome guests in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
· To process check-in/check-out including luggage assistance and collect payments in compliance with cash handling, credit card processing and accounting policies and procedures
· To provide information about hotel services and amenities
· To ensure all guests’ information are strictly confidential for use by authorized personnel only
· Attend to guest request and complaints and provide guest with feedback, when necessary to ensure guests’ satisfaction
· To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the hotel's policy relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
· To maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues, and all other departments.

Requirements
· Secondary education
· A positive and keen to learn attitude
· Passion to deliver exceptional levels of guest services
· Able to multi-task and detail oriented
· Good interpersonal and communications skills
· Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
· Competent in MS Office applications.
